I participated in the 2022-2023 UCSB New Venture Startup Competition as part of the Apical Robotics Capstone Team. Throughout this program, we created a Business Model Canvas, detailed financial projections, and conducted market research to identify a viable market for industrial inspection using vine robot technology. We identified distillation towers as the most viable industrial inspection application due to its harsh conditions and high operating costs.
